We’ve welcomed countless University of Colorado students and alumni, and have been a locals’ favorite since 1923. Featured on The Food Network! An overnight marinade and a ten-hour smoke give this brisket its deep flavor. A twist on the classic with super slaw, cheddar cheese and Texas Chipotle BBQ sauce on rye bread.
This corned beef is brined for five days and then smoked. We combine it with Swiss cheese, housemade sauerkraut, and 1000 Island dressing on rye bread.
