The Sink is a Boulder landmark that belongs to the millions of guests who have passed through the doors in our 94 year history. If you are looking for a great team-oriented work environment, an opportunity to practice your culinary craft and the ability to help others develop in their careers, then we should talk.
This position will work in conjunction with Chef Dave Engle, and will be responsible for the day to day operations of the kitchen. Your focus will include constant training, systems, procedures, quality, consistency and numbers. You will work in a high volume professional operation with full exposure to all operational aspects of the business.
The compensation includes salary, profit sharing and health benefits. Final salary will be be determined by experience.
We are also looking for:
Line cooks – Day and night with Su, Mo, Tu availability.
Dishwasher – Nights and weekend availability.
Servers and Server Assistants – Weekends, days, nights.
Maintenance person who has general experience with power tools, light electrical, light plumbing, painting and all around “fix it stuff”. $15/hr
